Advance Repair & Machining (ARM) was formed in January 2007. I started the company in order to help businesses accomplish their goals. As I worked at various businesses, I noticed that all of them struggled to find a vendor that could meet their needs. ARM was built around this simple concept.
ARM was designed to be more than a machine shop. It was built with our customers’ needs in mind. So we have multiple divisions. Besides machining, we can also assist with welding and fabrication, line-boring, hydraulic cylinder repair, and steel sales. We also have performed machine rebuilds, built conveyors, repaired electric motors, and repaired gearboxes. We are here to assist with whatever your need is.
After opening our doors in 2007, we doubled in size in 2010. We continued to build our services and improve our customer service each year until 2017 when we again doubled in size for the second time. This kind of growth was due to providing our customers with the services they desired. We work every year to continue providing customer service second to none. We always put our customers’ needs ahead of our own.
Each year we look for new ways to better serve our customers. We keep what works and we scrap what doesn’t. We are constantly looking at adding additional equipment to improve or add to our services. When you choose ARM, you are getting a company with all the services you need in one convenient location.

Company Culture
Advance Repair is unique in the approach we take on running a business. While we do have a hierarchy, we actually function more as coworkers. We all have a job to do, but we do whatever it takes to get it done. Sometimes that means working in a different department for a short time in order to meet deadlines. Advance Repair is very family friendly and encourage our employers to attend any and all of their family events. Here at ARM, we truly appreciate our team members. The company goes overboard on celebrating each one.

We are proud supporters of DSI (Down Syndrome of Indiana). We have supported DSI since 2013. We are proud of our veterans and continue to support them since 2007.
